EmoTrance
EmoTrance is a set of simple yet profound techniques developed by Dr Silvia Hartmann, PhD and Nicola Quinn for working with the human energetic emotional systems. EmoTrance eliminates the use of rigid protocols and guesswork by asking the client to show them literally where the energetic emotional disturbance takes place.
By working with the natural kinaesthetic feedback mechanisms of the human body, the treatment is tailor made to the client who is not required to describe what caused the disturbance in the first place.
EmoTrance like Health Kinesiology and EFT is designed to find stresses in the energy system and to release these.
We are surrounded by ‘Oceans of Energy’ and we are designed to allow these energies to flow through us nurturing us as they do so. Emotional disturbances are caused by us either blocking out energies, or by energies becoming stuck within our selves. EmoTrance enables us to find where these energies are blocked and encourages us to soften and flow these energies through our system and then to release them back out. Once even flow of energy is re-established the original disturbance ceases to be a problem. But the aim here is not just to resolve problems, or to take ourselves to zero stress, by restoring even flow we become reconnected with ourselves and our environment.
One of the beliefs within EmoTrance philosophy is that our energy systems require nutrition, just as our physical body does, and that for many of us our energy systems are literally starving. We shield out energy or hold onto energies, creating stagnation and malnutrition, this in turn will affect us both emotionally and physically.
Once the simple and natural technique of EmoTrance has been learnt it can be used to help you nurture your energy system. You will learn how to ‘feast in the oceans of energy’ that surround you. This is wonderfully empowering and enlivening in your everyday surroundings, and can take on an additional healing dimension when used within a treatment session using energy tools such as crystals, essences, colour, sound and essential oils.
