Access Bars

Access Consciousness Bars or Access Bars for short is an energetic healing & clearing process which involves gentle touch on 32 points on the head. These 32 points (or bars) store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, feelings, stresses and blocked emotions in the body and mind. Each point relates to a specific aspects of life such as creativity, awareness, communication, joy, sadness, healing, ageing, money, control and many more….

When you receive a bars session it allows the electromagnetic charge of these areas to dissipate, releasing with it the blockages, stress and worry. Each session can release years of limitations in the areas of your life related to the bar being touched. Access Bars can leave you more open and receptive to Accessing your own  Higher Consciousness, opening you up to different possibilities and a feeling of greater ease with life.

An Access Bars session typically lasts up to 75 Minutes and costs £50

You don’t have to do or think about anything, just lie down and receive. You lie down fully clothed for the entire process which starts with energy being pulled through the body from the head, the feet and then the hands. Following this the whole session focuses on the head with light touching of the bars points in sequence. Most people find the process incredibly relaxing, you are free to talk if you wish but many people prefer quiet which allows them to fall into a deep meditative state.
